The main seven chakras
There are multiple chakras around the body but the main ones to be working with to make sure you are in a healthy mindset and state of awareness are the main 7.
The main 7 chakras range from the root which is the base chakra to the crown chakra and each hold their own purpose. Chakras are energy centers which help your body retain the flow of energy.
The base chakra otherwise known as the root chakra is believed to sit by the pernerium and the lower spine.
Root Chakra - Muldahara
The colour of this root chakra is RED. This chakra represents safety, security, shelter and covers your basic needs. Keeps you safe and confident. If the root is blocked, you may feel anxious or insecure.
You can help balance it by spending time out in nature or connecting with Mother Earth.
Sacral Chakra - Svadhisthana
Located just below your belly button:- This chakra is linked to creativity and the emotional body and is connected to your ability to love life. The chakra is about engaging with feelings of flow.
Its also to do with friendships and relationships, the sacral chakra is one to watch out for when you struggle with expressing yourself to others.
Solar Plexus - Manipura
Located on the upper part of your abdomen around your tummy area:- Manipura links to the element of fire. This center is linked to your sense of self. Essentially geared around your self esteem, sense of purpose, self identity, personal identity, will power and metabolism.

you may feel powerless, aggressive, quick to anger, irritable
neediness, a victim's mentality, lacking courage or afraid
self criticism, poor self esteem and stagnation
